شمارۀ جدید نشریۀ بینالمللی معماری اسلامی به مناسبت دهمین سال انتشار مجله مقالاتی دربارۀ جنبههای متنوع نظری و روشی در حوزۀ «معماری اسلامی» دارد. در این مقالات نویسندگان، جمعی از اعضای تحریریۀ اولیۀ مجله، تلاش کردهاند که تأملاتشان دربارۀ این حوزه و نیز نقش این مجله در مطالعات معماری اسلامی را بیان کنند. برآیند نظر این نویسندگان حاکی از ضرورت فراگیر شدن بیشتر و نیز تنوع بیشتر در حوزۀ مطالعات معماری اسلامی است.
